EXCELLENT city stay!
clean apartment friendly staff full kitchen
The apartment was AMAZING, really clean and tidy. The staff was friendly, they answered all questions. The kitchen had EVERYTHING needed to prepare meals. Balcony ACCESS was available to relax after walking all day.
I found the tube line under the building quite NOISY. It vibrated the floor and furniture.

the apartment was very spacious, i was surprised. a full kitchen including a washing machine was handy. the location was great for transport and some tourist spots. the reception desk helped me.
the constant sound of underground trains was a minor issue.

Very nice Apartment Stay!

I had a REALLY great experience! The location is fantastic. It is close to train stations and major attractions. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The apartment was also super clean. This.
The toilet paper and towels were minimal for a family of three for several nights. After a few days, calling the reception for more towels resulted in no answer. Eventually, we got our towels, but they weren't too keen on giving us three towels!

The staff was friendly and helpful . The 24-hour front desk provided convenient assistance whenever needed. This added to the overall positive experience. I felt very supported!

The kitchen had everything needed including a washing machine and an iron! This made longer stays very convenient. I prepared several meals. The appliances were clean and worked well.

the apartment's proximity to the thames river stood out, supermarkets and various stores were conveniently close. the apartment features all items one could need. staff were helpful and kindness was shown at all times.

central location clean apartment hard bed hallway noise
the apartment was super clean , i was so happy. the reception staff greeted me warmly , i liked that. the location was very central ,. the apartment was well ventilated , a big plus for me.
i could hear every noise from the hallway , it was pretty distracting. the door had a big gap around it , and i could hear people walking by. the bed was super hard , i did not expect this. i felt the floor was more comfortable , to be honest.

the location provided convenient access to the south bank. regular buses stopped just a short walk away (about 3 minutes).
